4. Payments and Subscriptions

Prices are stated in USD unless noted otherwise and exclude taxes. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

• Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
• Access is provisioned upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, we offer a 14-day limited refund for first-time purchases of self-paced courses if you have completed less than 20% of the content.

• Refunds are not available for live cohorts that you attend, downloadable assets, or previously refunded purchases.
• Chargeback attempts without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and emergency updates may occur. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
